New-build house in Radlett

Detached house built in a South Hertfordshire village. This was a self-build project by Martin Quirke FRICS FCIAT. Inside is a minstrels gallery overlooking the open-plan lounge. Hardwood windows and exterior doors. The conservatory is a later addition by a subsequent owner who lived there for 40 years.

Renovated Civic Building

Welwyn Civic Centre. The building was refurbished and modernised with a new roof, new kitchen, a flat for the caretaker and numerous other improvements.

Offices in the Midlands

A modern office building for a developer client. This was part of an industrial development project-managed by Martin Quirke FRICS FCIAT when he was a Partner in The Clark Hatt Quirke Partnership.

Residential Restoration

Restoration of a 300 year old cottage, once owned by a famous TV comedian. We are members of SPAB the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings.

House Extension

Rear, kitchen extension to a compact detached house in North London. We matched the exterior to blend in with the original house and the new kitchen had a vaulted ceiling. Architect David Biggs assisted with the project.

New-Build house

The clients wanted a new house designed in the Edwardian style. It was completed in 2004. The original 1960s house was demolished to make way for the new house.

New-build Villa in Highgate

Modern villa on a tight site. Built to replace a bungalow. The garage has a vehicle turntable. There is a fountain in the garden. Two roof terraces supplement the outside space. Valued at over £6M.

Lease Plans

For over 25 years we have been assisting private and commercial clients with producing lease plans. Our major clients include the Howard De Walden Estate, Marylebone W1 and The Grosvenor Estate, London W1. The photo shows Chiltern Court in Baker Street NW1 where we have provided many lease plans for the residents for renewing their leases. Our lease plans are Land Registry compliant.
